Kumo reserves the right to modify this policy in order to adapt it to legislative or case-law developments. In such case, the changes introduced will be announced on this page with reasonable notice prior to their implementation.

1. Purposes

We use your data for the following purposes:

  • To respond to requests for information about our services.

  • To manage contractual relationships with customers, suppliers and employees.

The data processed by Kumo within the framework of its relationship with the data subject and subject to the purposes consented to are included in the following categories:

  • Identification and contact details, for example: name, surname, telephone number or email address.

  • Video surveillance images.
  • Data relating to your visit to our website and social media, as described in our Cookie Policy.

Whenever we request your personal data, we will clearly inform you of which personal data we collect and for what purpose, and we will request your explicit consent by ticking the corresponding boxes in the data request forms. The data may be disclosed to companies related to Kumo for the provision of various services in their capacity as Data Processors. During the processing period, Kumo will not make any transfer of data unless required by law.

We process your data on the basis of your unequivocal consent or because the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract.

6. Rights of the Data Subject

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not Kumo is processing personal data concerning them and, if so, may contact us at any time in order to:

  • Access their personal data and any other information indicated in Article 15.1 of the GDPR.
  • Rectify their personal data if they are inaccurate or incomplete, in accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR.
  • Erase their personal data in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR.

  • Request the portability of their data in accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR.
  • Object to the processing of their personal data in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR.

If you have given your consent for a specific purpose, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
