Management Policy
To maintain the quality and security of our services at all times, while fulfilling our commitments to continuity, sustainability and efficiency in providing our customers with reliable and robust mission-critical cloud services, the Management of Kumo Networks declares that:
- The necessary technical and organizational measures are taken to continuously protect the quality, confidentiality, integrity and availability of the services, as well as to protect the environment through pollution prevention, sustainable use of resources and adaptation to climate change.
- The laws and regulations applicable to our activity are complied with.
- We are customer-oriented and focused on customer satisfaction.
- We comply with the requirements of all interested parties, working to identify and meet their needs and expectations.
- We have the means to prevent, manage and resolve any incidents that may occur.
- An integrated management system is in place to implement this Policy, which is reviewed and updated annually as a tool for continuous improvement.
- The Management System Manager shall be responsible for maintaining this policy and the procedures, and for providing support in their implementation.
- The managers of each business area shall be responsible for implementing this Policy and its corresponding procedures within their area.
- Each employee is responsible for complying with this Policy and the requirements of the Management System as applicable to their job position. Non-compliance may be grounds for disciplinary action.
